Daniel 4:17
HEB: יִצְבֵּא֙ יִתְּנִנַּ֔הּ וּשְׁפַ֥ל אֲנָשִׁ֖ים יְקִ֥ים
NAS: And sets over it the lowliest of men.
KJV: over it the basest of men.
