HEB: כִּֽי־ רִ֭צַּץ עָזַ֣ב דַּלִּ֑ים
NAS: For he has oppressed [and] forsaken
KJV: Because he hath oppressed [and] hath forsaken
INT: for has oppressed forsaken the poor
