Ezekiel 34:4
HEB: בִקַּשְׁתֶּ֑ם וּבְחָזְקָ֛ה רְדִיתֶ֥ם אֹתָ֖ם וּבְפָֽרֶךְ׃
NAS: and with severity you have dominated them.
KJV: and with cruelty have ye ruled them.
