HEB: (הִֽתְפַּתְּחִי֙ ק) מוֹסְרֵ֣י צַוָּארֵ֔ךְ שְׁבִיָּ֖ה
NAS: Loose yourself from the chains around your neck,
KJV: loose thyself from the bands of thy neck,
INT: Jerusalem appear the chains your neck captive
