Isaiah 63:19
HEB: מֵֽעוֹלָם֙ לֹֽא־ מָשַׁ֣לְתָּ בָּ֔ם לֹֽא־
NAS: [like] those over whom You have never ruled, [Like] those who were not called
KJV: We are [thine]: thou never barest rule over them; they were not called
INT: never not ruled were not called
