Proverbs 8:29
HEB: בְּשׂ֘וּמ֤וֹ לַיָּ֨ם ׀ חֻקּ֗וֹ וּ֭מַיִם לֹ֣א
NAS: for the sea its boundary So that the water
KJV: to the sea his decree, that the waters
