Isaiah 42:22
HEB: וְהוּא֮ עַם־ בָּז֣וּז וְשָׁסוּי֒ הָפֵ֤חַ
NAS: is a people plundered and despoiled;
KJV: But this [is] a people robbed and spoiled;
