Qal Participle active and only figurative of ׳יs dealing with prostrate men: — וְזוֺקֵף לְכָלהַֿכְּפוּפִים Psalm 145:14 ("" סוֺמֵךְ); זֹקֵף כְּפוּפִים Psalm 146:8 ׳י raiseth up prostrate ones.
